PerfectLens® Molded Glass Aspheres
Molded glass aspheres are produced using the proprietary PerfectLens® technology platform. This technology enables high-yield, long-life molds, which are free from high-frequency surface defects often caused by single-point diamond turning of the molds.
- Tight tolerances with high temperature/low CTE RoHS compliant glass
- Guaranteed 0.05 waves RMS wavefront error
- Broadband anti-reflective coatings (BBAR)
Custom Molded Aspheres
Archer OpTx has the capability to fabricate custom molded aspheric lenses to meet specific customer requirements.

- Over 40 standard Ohara RoHS-compliant glasses
