SYNOVA S.A. : Sales Coordinator 100%

In this position you will:

  • Be a point of contact for all subsidiaries, agents and sales engineers coordinating their sales efforts and monitoring their performance
  • Facilitate the exchange between Sales and other departments within Synova, notably Production and Marketing
  • Improve the internal processes advancing sales and marketing projects
  • Prepare, report and monitor all Business and performance KPIs analysis (monthly sales forecasts, sales dashboard,…)
  • Establish a Social Media Dashboard for the marketing department
  • Prepare and review quotations and sales contracts
  • Participate at commercial shows to communicate Synova value proposition for prospective customers
  • Any other tasks in relation to sales as necessary

For this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Business degree
  • Time management and organizational effectiveness
  • Flexible, ready and capable to travel from time to time
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English with excellent French abilities, both written and verbal.
