Sales Engineer / Manager at Jenoptik

Responsibilities:

  • Dentify and contact prospective customers, build and strengthen customer database through solid customer relationship;
  • Professionally present our capabilities and products in a value selling approach;
  • Systematically and pro-actively promote and sell ICT products in China;
  • Develop and execute dedicated sales campaigns and initiatives in ICT markets;
  • Initiative and lead the pre-sales communication, work together with internal dept.to provide after-sales service;
  • Be the technical interface in Asia for ICT , communicate all ICT related technical matter between engineering team of customer and Jenoptik engineers in Huntsville, Al;
  • Cooperating with Product Manager in US to analyze quality data and provide advice for future product development;
  • Collecting market intelligence and provide business development advice to Line Manager;
  • Collecting application information and MKT requirement;
  • Attending exhibitions and tradeshows;
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor. Engineering degree in Optics, ICT (Information Communication Technology) field etc;
  • Has basic knowledge of optical module and the assembly process of it;
  • Above 5 years professional experience in commercial/ application field / technical support field
  • Proactive and customer oriented, self-drive and curious, able to work under pressure;
  • Understands to coordinate comprehensive initiatives & projects with teams at our German and US locations;
  • Ability to plan and do things in an orderly way, can see the big picture;
  • Flexible and good communication skills;
  • Problem solving ability;
  • Workable English skill.
