May, 2018: JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position requires technician level expertise in the running of Photolithography processes, assist in new process development support, and help to optimize existing processes. It requires working knowledge of Photolithographic chemicals, processes, equipment, and technology
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and execute photolithography processes to meet customer specifications & manufacturing process flows from customer requirements
With engineering, help to develop spin, spray and dry film resist technology
Ability to understand photomask designs and exposure processes
With engineering, sustain, and support improvement initiatives to existing photolithography processes
Adhere to all safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self are performed in a safe manner, as well as other reasonable duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
AS in Chemical, Engineering or Material Science or equivalent experience
3+ years industrial experience in the Photolithography field.
Hands on experience in Photolithography processes, handling wafers, with an emphasis on development and manufacturing
Experience in WLP environment with both Silcon wafers and Glass substrates
Experience with EVG spray resist technology a plus
Ability to work in a Cleanroom Environment for extended periods of time, wearing a cleanroom suit and related PPE.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
