September, 2022: The FNV-402-3000M is a unique 402nm laser diode that delivers the record-breaking
output power of >3W. It is built in a compact 9mm TO can (SOT-148). The laser diode
offers high reliability and has a long lifetime of more than 47000 hours (MTTF).
This blue high power laser diode is well suited for various applications, like e.g. direct
